What is Ají?
Ají is a unique species of chile pepper, and a key ingredient in South American cooking since the Incas. Native to Perú, Ají’s different varieties are ground into colorful powders and used in countless dishes. It has a distinctive, fruity flavor – and it’s as hot as hot gets.
We can spice any of our dishes to your taste – mild, medium, hot, super hot…or we can make you sweat, cry and see stars…
